This error message is displayed in a Learning Management System (LMS) when communication problems occur in learning content. This means that learning content created with Knowledgeworker Create cannot communicate correctly or in its entirety with the LMS. To resolve the communication error, both learners in the LMS and authors of the learning content can take steps.
Troubleshooting for learners
Check your internet connection
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
- Restart the content and check whether the problem has been resolved.
Log in to the learning platform again
Communication errors can be caused by an expired session in your learning platform. Log in again to resolve this issue:
- Close the content.
- Log out of your learning platform.
- Log in again and check whether the problem has been resolved.
Troubleshooting for authors
Update the learning content
If the learning content is outdated or corrupted, you can resolve the communication error by updating the content.
- Republish the content in Knowledgeworker Create.
- Replace the content in your learning platform with a new version or provide the new version of the content as a web link.
- Check whether the communication error has been resolved after the content has been updated.

Communication errors may occur due to technical issues or incorrect configuration and may only be resolved with technical support. In this case, check the error code or provide it to your technical support:
